President Joe Biden dropped out of the 2024 race for the White House on Sunday, ending his bid for reelection after a disastrous debate with Donald Trump that raised doubts about the incumbent’s fitness for office. The unprecedented announcement, delivered less than four months before the election, immediately upended a campaign that both political parties view as the most consequential in generations.
The president — intent on serving out the remainder of his term in office — quickly endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris to take on Trump and encouraged his party to unite behind her, making her the party’s instant favorite for the nomination at its August convention in Chicago.
Well, we know she supports women’s rights. That is a plus if the big game to be played is in Sinclair media’s Christian south about whether or not you can get an abortion. If America is going to do nothing but make more Christian bullshit arguments about rights of choice and morality to keep people fighting and unhappy, it doesn’t matter how strong the president is. She is not a dictator and would still be facing the exact same voter problem every time. As long as there is monopolistic media running conservative military industrial values and white supremacy, it just doesn’t matter. This is the same stalemate that the conservatives have used to make sure that the oil business never runs dry for decades now.
Does she still have the fire? I would say that she has not been her own person since she yelled at Joe Biden during that game show 4 years ago. Or was it that she seemed to have the rhetoric to chew up conservative filibuster nonsense. Isn’t that where we found her? She was a scalpel. She was common sense that could cut through any amount of snow blowing information overflow. She was not going to put up with any nonsense. But what has been the last 4 years if not nonsense? From the moment that she was removed literally from running for the office of president by being given a deal by the party, she has not been her own person. Whatever that Maverick was that I fell for, that was many many many many days of compromise ago. How much is heart now and how much is just looking good and showing up for the ceremony on time?
They don’t really like life or argument or democracy in America. They don’t really like idealism. They just want to make a buck in America. They don’t know how to do anything but make money. And because everything you buy is drugs and the idea of freedom means self-medication universally, at least If you are of legal age, just like me, people will tend towards being comfortable. They will just get a job and do what they need to do to get by. A lifetime of chasing money.
I don’t know. I could say that I am not enthused by the situation more than I am not enthused by Kamala Harris. There was a time where I would happily have had her sit in the office and do her thing. I’m just wondering how much of that thing that I thought would be helpful is actually left. The light goes out of people’s eyes sometimes. Sometimes when you think you are looking at a real fire, you’re just looking at a younger person at an earlier moment in history. When we was younger, we was fire. But now things change. Now maybe we are not so strong. That’s the way I’m looking at this thing.
I just can’t stand the ceremony anymore. I just can’t stand that it has to be like a religion. Who created the necessity for all of this. How about an email? Good morning. This is the email from your government. This is what we think. Good luck.
I mean, do you understand how much drama is here? How much celebrity and drama is in governmental work at the national level. Look at the amount of press people who spend their lives following these people around. They say things and they make vote and millions of dollars and millions of lives move in the balance of their decisions. And they are just playing with us. They have these ceremonies and they take up all of this time.
What I have come to believe is that the American way of life is a fail. It’s going to bring the entire planet down with us. If white Europeans are the drug addicts who have destroyed the planet, the United States of America has been the number one gun thug. No restrictions whatsoever. No requests for civil society. Just pompous architecture and cities screaming that urban sprawl is somehow of physical attractiveness to human eyes. You couldn’t eat a raw oyster. The amount of garbage and pollution that is made behind the scenes at this manipulative head fuck lifestyle of gunplay and perpetual financial and social s&m is enough to choke the life out of everything. And no one ever gets a day off or a breath of fresh air because that would somehow diminish the level of dominance being practiced.
I suppose I would have been happier to have some genuine emotion for Kamala Harris finally getting her chance to sit in the chair. I suppose it would have been nice if I had any innocence or hope that America would somehow be a light and a new way. You can’t stop the meat business because you can’t talk to Americans. You can’t really influence America because America is hell-bent on self-destruction. They are going to ride this ship and they don’t care who they kill. They don’t care how many people have to die for their pleasure. Nobody is going to break their stride. Nobody is going to slow them down. Nobody is going to bring rational thought to the people of America.
Or maybe I’m wrong and this thing might be different after all.
I say thank you to Joe Biden for making a good logical decision. I also wish Kamala Harris the best of luck. And if I have anything to say to her it is that you cannot compromise your habitat or you lose your home. It is one thing to imagine yourself to be someone of power and authority. It’s easy to get swayed at the size of the office. It’s another thing to understand that you still breathe air, eat food and you would die if you couldn’t take a piss or a shit. All the functions of your anatomy might have the best doctors taking care of them, but you and me both is made up of flesh and flesh ends. We are not unlimited. We only have a brief time on the planet. I say we should spend our lives being stewards of nature in such a way that we can eat our own food happily and play our own games happily without disturbing any of the other life on the planet. I think if we can do that, life on earth will continue. If not, we all get cancer.

The first path was mostly thanking Joe Biden and her election committee team. Not a perfect platform by my thinking but, if this was 4 years ago, this is all we wanted.

I am watching a live speech from Donald Trump. This is coming live as of this very moment. This is what I’m listening to and this is what I want to say.
He talks about himself as if his critics are following him around. His entire speech has him at the center of the planet and of course he can do everything and no one else can do anything. He is exactly on the page and everyone else is missing teeth.
However, he is still attacking Biden even though Biden is no longer in the race.
He speaks in generalities without ever being specific or ever answering criticisms about himself.
He sounds tired. His voice is weak. I imagine he is pretty much thinking about taking naps all the time.
We can’t have this. We can’t have Donald Trump blathering like an idiot in front of the American people. We can’t do this mumbling fool ever again.
It’s an honest feeling
I want to like Kamala Harris. I want to believe that good things will happen if Kamala Harris is the number one leader in the United States. I want to believe that we will have the return of something similar to statesmanship. Actually what I really want is perhaps some civility in government. Maybe she will not wish to make full use of the army to suit her purposes. Maybe she will be more into discussion. Maybe she will be one of these leaders who makes really good deals with the other leaders and is a really good influence as far as building a civil society.
I do not believe in image. I do not believe in icons. I believe we are speaking about what we do with our public funds and I do not believe we are supposed to be babbling like idiots about what pleasures come or do not come from the media’s representation of the government. I’m not interested in having a comedian be interesting to listen to. Honestly, I don’t want to be bullshitted at all by anyone ever again. I am so sick of having bullshit in my ears It almost makes life a complete tragedy to have to listen to it. I’m not interested in feel good speeches. I’m interested in the country working together towards a positive goal that includes a future where we are not too polluted to function as an ecosystem. After that, I just want to know there’s no violence.
I’m not sure if I have always been clear about this. I am not voting for a superhero. I am not voting for a healer or a new Messiah. I’m saying that there is a job where someone sits at the table and makes decisions on a national level and for the most part, they have the power to make this happen. We are going to have the usual argument about who has the majority and who has the minority as if this is what moral laws seem to need in America to get passed. I just want to hear that we have a coherent human being who understands what an ecological disaster is. I just want a human being who will listen to the intelligent people of the world about our ecological crisis. I just want someone who will understand that if we simply address the ecological crisis, as if by miracle, we will also be addressing almost all of the other social problems of the planet. We might stink as far as the military budget goes but then again, if we equip our best young troops with brooms and mops instead of weapons of violence, you have got the beginning of a new era on the planet.
So please, we can go into the minutia of her voting record. We can talk about all the deals she has made both before and during her time in public office. We can argue her fashion sense or how she keeps her hair. We can be erudite about it and immediately speak negatively because we are against her or positively because we are in favor of her. We can all use her image to get upset. Or, and I’m begging and pleading as well for this, we just go to work and stop worrying about the blog. This is a modern way of saying just mind your business and don’t worry what you look like to us. You just do your job, comb your hair and come to the meetings smelling reasonable. And make sure to keep the eyes on the prize. Ecology please. Equality will come with an ecological future. Equality dies with every compromise towards economics. Just a note called hypocrisy to keep in mind or maybe on your mirror or something like that.
I hope Kamala Harris wins and I’ll be interested in seeing what happens to the planet if and when she does. What I know for a fact is that if Donald Trump again becomes president, the Russians will have all the evidence they need to continue the oil business until the death of the planet and to keep war alive along with pestilence, disease, torture, ecological destruction and mayhem. The Antichrist will continue to roam the planet because we are too fucking stupid to know the difference. All I know is If there is any genuine hope coming from the US, it’ll be from Kamala Harris and one or two or three women who came into government at about the same time all thinking about the same things. Ladies, it may possibly be your era. Please, think ecology and the health of the planet first.
