I don’t buy the narrative. It’s not even the debate itself but the packaging. The excitement of it all. Key battleground state. There is tension in the air. Can we see if our two great leaders can handle it.
They can’t. They can’t. Mr Biden can’t do it. Mr Biden is too old. Give a guy credit for staying in shape and showing up to do the job he thinks is there to be done, he can’t do it. He doesn’t have enough energy to do it. Trump doesn’t either. Trump doesn’t actually work. Neither of these men actually work. They are images. They are icons. They are not physical human beings functioning in a genuine physical way. Neither of these two men are workers and neither is anyone who created this bloody broadcast.
There is nothing to say! We have to clean up the environment, do something about disease and hunger and try to create a sustainable lifestyle for the human species. There’s nothing else to talk about! We have to cure cancer and discomfort amongst people. We have to deal with overpopulation. We need to allow people to have purposeful decent lives that they enjoy living. We have to stop destroying the planet. What the hell else do you think there is to talk about politically? What little nuances do you want us to vote for while you fuckers line your pockets? I want to live in a clean world surrounded by friends. When does that show up on the ballot?
Look, Biden is corrupt as corrupt could be. And I would say the same thing about Trump but he’s just a criminal. He is just a criminal. He’s enjoying being Billy the kid. He’s a stand-up comedian enjoying the attention of the audience while technically representing murders and thugs and drug dealers. This is ridiculous! What are you telling us? What in the fuckity fuck are you telling us about our planet?
Should we go on? Do we need more content? Do you want me to go back in and pick a random moment just to tell you I’m doing a double face palm eye rub just at having to have this noise fill my senses? This is absurd! It is absurd to live in a world like this! This is torture! Tell them to stop and go away! Tell both of these feeble old diaper wearing fools to go away. We don’t need their leadership anymore and we don’t need the image of such leadership anymore. We don’t need this!
We need clean air and water and an opportunity to live decent lives in a decent place. We don’t need this presidential debate or this presidency anymore. Having this has led to the world we live in now. I’m sorry but if this debate was designed to help me make my choice clear, I believe I understand how I will vote. I vote no to this. This, both of them, all of it. I vote no to this political system. I do not believe in its validity or ability to do anything positive for the planet. I vote no on this elections.
